Our XT1000 Automatic pulverizer is a state of the art, fully automated sample processing centre, for use where awareness for time efficiency and cost consciousness is present irrespective of the quantity of samples needed to produce every day. This machine has been used for over 2 decades by leading mining companies in North and South America. This unit features include:

12 - 24 feeding/receiving stations (with available ‘bag-style’ or cup stations)
grinding capacity of 20 to 500mL sizes (250mL being our most popular)
grinding cycle time of 70 seconds and up per sample
recovery from input to received amount is guaranteed to be more than 95% of the original sample
automatic cleaning system between samples
a PLC controller with modular electrical and pneumatic components allows for unlimited flexibility for all the devices that operate the machine
fail-safe sensors have been incorporated to ensure machine shut down in the event of a system failure
message display indicating the cause of failure will appear on screen should the machine shut down due to malfunctioning
