JAW CRUSHERS:
TM has the Rhino and the Terminator Jaw Crushers, with all the accessories available for them. These models are most often the preferred Jaw Crushers of choice by users in the drill core and sample crushing industry for their analytical laboratories. The reason is simple: they accept rocks as big as 125 mm X 175 mm and reduce them to a finesses of less than 2 mm (-10 mesh) in one single pass. The Terminator is designed and used by customers that need to process samples 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a very heavy duty machine, equipped with a standard 5HP motor, with the option of a 7.5HP motor. The adjustment of the jaws is very simple and it has certain key components that are stronger making the maintenance a lot easier. Having said that, we do have customers that find our Rhino Crushers to be sufficient for their operations and prefer to keep using the models that they already have. The Rhino is available with manual lubrication, single point lubrication, or automatic lubrication and the Terminator is only available with the automatic lubrication system.
ROLLS CRUSHERS:
The TM Rolls Crusher will give superior performance and longer lasting life solely because some of the features incorporated are not included in comparable machines. The rollers themselves are made out of tool steel (standard). Manganese steel, mild steel case hardened or any steel requested by customer is available as an option. Tool steel wears out smoother and being harder than manganese steel, lasts longer. The rollers are detachable from the shafts eliminating the cost associated in replacing the entire shafts/roller unit. By keeping a spare set one can replace them on site in very short time and have the old ones resurfaced at one’s convenience. The machine is engineered so that there is no need to remove bearings when the rollers are replaced. The feeding unit is built to force the media to the roller’s face uniformly to obtain equal wear on the entire rollers surfaces not only in the centre. Another benefit for the user is the total elimination of dust escaping from the feeding opening via a trap incorporated inside that effectively prevents dust to escape. The feeding hopper also is engineered for total elimination of dust and, for that matter, virtually no dust escapes from the machine when in operation. Moreover provisions are made for dust extraction should one want to feed it to an existing dust collecting unit. To prevent bearing overloading, means are also incorporated in case a piece of steel or other uncrushable material will be fed to the rollers. In that unfortunate case the rollers will automatically increase the gap between themselves and afterwards they will return to their original position. Heavy duty bearings, high efficiency belting and powerful motors and other features make this Rolls Crusher a machine standing apart from the other. Roll sizes available (but not limited to) are: 6" X 6", 8" X 8", 10" X 8", 10" X 10", 10" X 12", 12" X 10", 12" X 12", 14" X 8", and 14" X 10".
CONE CRUSHER:
One of our very reliable machines. The feed opening diameter is 8" and the grinding area is from 8" diameter to 11.5". It has a rugged fabricated/cast steel construction with a capability of grinding 3/4" feed to -10 mesh. Standard cones and mantels are available in chrome steel and chrome/molybdenum for maximum durability and wear resistance. They are also available in carbon steel case hardened for applications where contamination could be a problem. Exact adjustment for desired fineness can be made quickly and easily assuring efficient operation. Custom cones are available in materials to suit specific applications.
