Rolls Crusher
The TM Rolls Crusher gives superior performance and longevity vs other machines of its kind in the market due to a vast number of incorporated features. The rollers are made from tool steel (standard). Manganese steel, case hardened mild steel, or other steel available upon request.
Rollers are detachable from the shafts eliminating costs associated in replacing the entire shaft/roller unit. With a spare set on hand, rollers can be replaced on site in a very short time, while the used rollers can be resurfaced as needed.
The TM Rolls Crusher is designed in such a way that bearing removal is unnecessary when replacing the rollers. The feeding hopper is designed to force media uniformly onto the roller’s surface so that there is equal wear along the surface providing better performance and longevity.
Total dust elimination is another important feature. A dust trap has been incorporated into the feed opening to allow for this, allowing for a dust free operation to the user. Other Provisions have been provided for dust extraction if auxiliary dust collection unit needs to be connected.
